Terms and Conditions
48-hour cancellation policy:
A 48-hour notice is required when cancelling your booked session. 50% of the fee will be returned to your account if you cancel within 48 hours. However, you will lose the full balance of your session if you cancel within 24 hours.
Call or contact me:
It is your job to contact me regarding your sessions. In any week I can have up to 40 clients or sessions so forgive me for being distracted at times. I will never chase or contact you, in my experience the best sessions arise when my clients figure out when working together, is ‘best’ for them so I look forward to hearing from you and booking you in.
1 year policy:
You have one year to use any remaining sessions that you have not taken. They cannot be refunded or used after this point.
Refund policy:
In the very unlikely event, a refund can be given within your yearly contract agreement, on the grounds that you are medically unwell to work with me. A doctor’s note will be sufficient. The refund will then be given minus any discounts, if they were given at the start of the contract. You will be charged full price for your sessions that were taken.
Responsibility:
You are responsible for your thoughts, feelings and actions during and after your sessions with me or my colleagues. The Royal Life Coach will not be responsible for any of your choices or circumstances and in signing the program or session contract, you accept full responsibility for your life and decisions.
